Employee Type: Regular Full-time

Location: Remote

Experience Required: 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in insurance, finance, or account management

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Account Supervisor to join our client services team. This client-facing role is responsible for ensuring daily operational tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards, while also serving as the primary point of contact for a number of our clients (lenders).

As an Account Supervisor, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver timely updates, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction through clear, consistent communication. Your ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize daily tasks, and build strong client relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret insurance documents submitted through Zendesk ticketing software
• Enter data into internal tracking systems with a high level of accuracy and completeness
• Tag and update Zendesk tickets according to workflows and documentation procedures
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned lenders
• Oversee completion of daily operational tasks
• Ensure lender requests are handled efficiently and professionally
• Communicate proactively with lenders to provide updates and address questions or concerns
• Identify and escalate issues to management as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client service standards and deadlines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in a client-facing role (account management, customer success, or related field)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Professional and confident demeanor in client communications

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with standard insurance documentation (e.g., declarations, loss payee/mortgagee requests)
• Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM/ticketing systems
• Prior experience in an insurance-related role or mortgage/lending processes
