Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle bank and cash reconciliations to ensure proper financial reporting.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including collections and basic invoicing.
• Record accounting entries and maintain organized financial records.
• Support cash application processes and ensure allocation accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow.
• Utilize Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal accounting standards.
• Provide assistance in credit card reconciliations and related tasks.
• Participate in training sessions to gain proficiency in accounting software and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred....times load railcars at certain facilities. As needed the candidate could operate heavy equipment if certified.
