Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove team blockers, track project progress, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development teams Help drive sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and ensure adherence to agile best practices Work closely with product owners and delivery teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team collaboration Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills Agile Scrum Master Agile tools (Jira) Agile tools (Bitbucket) Desired skills: Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) Experience with SAFe or enterprise Agile frameworks Proven track record of delivering projects in Agile environments Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
