As an application engineer on the People Technology team, you configure solutions utilizing third party HR Technology SaaS applications such as Workday HCM and iCIMS. You are comfortable working with global teams in a dynamic environment, motivated to apply existing technical skills and solutions. You are enthusiastic and interested in learning new tools and skills while making positive contributions to the team.
Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $146,700 - $195,600
Zone B: $132,100 - $176,100
Zone C: $121,800 - $162,400
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to:
Analyze requirements, design, configure, test and deploy solutions independently using Workday HCM modules.
Partner with peer application developers and engineers to build end to end solutions to large, complex problems
Provide level 3 incident support to resolve system issues, fix defects
Identify Opportunities by researching new Workday functionality to bring value to our customers or solve their problems.
Learn and support technologies used by the team beyond your core area of expertise
5+ years experience configuring HR Systems with 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting Workday HCM for a Workday implementation partner or in a corporate HRIS/IT role.
Experience in multiple Workday modules such as Core HCM, Comp, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking and Absence
Good understanding of Workday capabilities including integrations
Ability to drive projects independently from initiation to completion
Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Information technology or relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday certification (Workday Pro or with an implementation partner)
Experience building integrations
Experience working on projects building custom applications
Experience working in Agile/ Scrum framework and JIRA
