CAA is looking for an Architectural Software Engineer to lead the technical vision and architectural strategy of our web and mobile application platforms. In this role, you will shape the design of scalable, performant, and secure systems, while also contributing hands-on code and guiding the engineering team toward engineering excellence. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our technology stack supports current and future business needs with agility, efficiency, and quality. As an Architectural Software Engineer, you will be expected to take a leadership role in designing, developing, and delivering robust web and mobile applications and their supporting APIs and services. Working in an agile, cross-functional team, you will collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to create scalable solutions that meet user needs and business objectives. Location: This position will likely work remotely but must be able to work typical office hours and open to working in a hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the Nashville office).
Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $176,000 - $235,000 in Nashville, TN. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
