Job Description Job Description Auto Parts Clerk / Counter Associate Established company has an opening for an Auto Parts Clerk / Counter Sales Associate. This full time position is ideal for a candidate with an interest in auto parts and believes in taking care of customers and addressing their needs. Responsibilities include interacting with customers at the counter, looking up parts, taking orders, pulling and shipping product, delivering orders, answering phones and text messages, establishing (and maintaining) open accounts and receiving, stocking new inventory. Qualifications: - Motivated to improve business by increasing sales, improving procedures and friendly customer service. - Lift 50lbs and comfortable walking on foot throughout work day - Clean Record to Drive Company Vehicle - Knowledge of auto parts, cataloging, engine systems a plus - Prior experience in Wholesale Auto Parts Wholesale or related work - Bilingual in English and Spanish. - Must be at least 18 years of age Our company is an auto parts warehouse selling automotive products to the public as well as through open accounts. We seek individuals who are motivated to provide our customers top notch service. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. We are located in Hayward, CA exit Whipple Road on I880.
