About the Role
The Company is in search of passionate individuals to join its Board of Directors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the organization's mission of empowering neurodiverse individuals through education, employment, and the arts, and to help create meaningful change in the community. Board members play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction, overseeing key initiatives, and ensuring the growth and impact of the organization. The ideal candidates will be deeply committed to the mission and bring expertise in areas such as human resources, finance, accounting, fundraising, development, or community leadership. The company also values diversity and encourages applications from individuals who are neurodiverse, BIPOC, or bring other underrepresented perspectives. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic and engaged group that works closely with the Executive Director and staff. They will be organized into subcommittees, meet monthly, and provide guidance, raise community awareness, and support program development.
