**Job Title:** Bookkeeper **Location:** Phoenix, AZ 85018 **Pay Rate:** $23 - $26 per hour **Employment Type:** Temporary to Hire **Office Hours:** Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with possible weekend availability) **Job Description:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Bookkeeper** to join our team. This position offers flexibility in hours and will support various projects within the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be highly proficient in specific software applications, particularly Sage Timeslips. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Sage Timeslips Experience:** Handle bookkeeping tasks primarily using Sage Timeslips; familiarity with this software is crucial. + **QuickBooks:** Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks for different companies using QuickBooks. + **Excel Expertise:** Maintain and create spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and effective organization. + **Collections Management:** Oversee collections, judgments, and various levels of collections processes. + **General Accounting:** Perform all accounting duties across various levels within the firm. **Qualifications:** + Proficiency in Sage Timeslips is the most critical requirement. + Experience with QuickBooks. + Strong skills in creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets. + Experience in collections and judgments. + Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to come in on weekends if needed. **Why Join Us:** This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled bookkeeper looking to expand their expertise in a legal environment.
