Role Description:
Essential Skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Telecom domain.Strong hands-on experience with Order and Service Management (OSM) platforms such as Oracle Communications OSM.Solid understanding of Telecom BSS/OSS architecture, including service provisioning, activation, and inventory.Experience with ERM systems and processes, especially in areas like billing, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.Proven ability to create system and process documentation using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, JIRA, etc.Experience with integration projects involving APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware platforms.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Skills: Experience with Oracle Communications Suite (OSM, UIM, ASAP).Understanding of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM).Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Telecom certification or training (e.g., TM Forum, MEF).
