Join Our Team as a CDL A Driver - Lancaster, California

• Job Title: CDL A Driver

• Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hr with competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $25.00
• Pay Range: Up to $30.00/hr

What You'll Do:

• Skills: Flatbed driving
• Lifting Requirements: Up to 50 lbs
• Transmission: Manual
• Touch Freight: Yes
• Drive a manual transmission 48 ft Freightliner flatbed
• Load, strap, and secure items daily using a forklift
• Assist in the warehouse during downtime (non-driving tasks comprise 15%-20% of the workday)
• Must be willing to tarp some loads (training will be provided)

Schedule:

• Hourly Commitment: 40 hours/week
• Shifts: 1st Shift
• Duration: Starts 07/23/2025, 1-2 month contract with potential for permanent placement

What We’re Looking For:

• Required years as Job Title: 1 year of driving experience
• Flatbed experience: At least 3 months
• Valid CDL A license, Airbrake endorsement
• Manual Transmission experience
• Background/Drug Test required
• No felonies in the past 7 years; misdemeanors reviewed case-by-case
• MVR/PSP Policy: No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
