Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IBD Contractor (Financial Services / Asset Management): • Collaborate with business partners to support the ambitious goals of the distribution team, focusing on the independent broker-dealer (IBD) segment.

• Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives, including multi-channel campaigns, to increase engagement with IBD advisors.

• Develop and manage marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with distribution goals and firm investment guidance.

• Deliver, track, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital and sponsored channels.

• Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events to strengthen advisor relationships and promote the brand.
Required Skills for IBD Contractor (Financial Services / Asset Management): • Minimum of 3 years of financial marketing experience, with a focus on private wealth distribution channels and IBD firms.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in data-driven marketing, leveraging analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
