• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required.
• Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Related Field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IT, consulting, strategy, or program management roles.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively with senior executives.
• Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
• Experience with organizational change, communications, and project management.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to quickly understand intent and simplify and target messaging for diverse audiences.
• Excellent content creation skills – visual/creative, social, presentations, and written formats.
• Deep understanding of IT operations and enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, and dashboarding platforms.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple streams of work.
• Up to 5% of the time Domestic Travel only.
