CNC Operation Boring Mill – Night Shift
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Salary : $41-50K
An established manufacturing facility in Tulsa, OK area is seeking a skilled CNC Operator.
Job Description:Operate CNC horizontal boring mills (Fanuc controls preferred) with minimal supervision.
Set up and run jobs according to engineering drawings and tight tolerance requirements.
Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.) to inspect and verify part accuracy.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job travelers to determine proper machining processes.
Load, align, and secure large and heavy workpieces using lifting equipment and fixtures.
Monitor tooling condition and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
3–5 years of experience operating CNC horizontal boring mills in a heavy industrial setting.
Proficiency with Fanuc controls and ability to perform complete machine setups independently .
Strong understanding of GD&T , blueprint reading, and advanced shop math.
Comfortable operating overhead cranes and forklifts to move large components.
