Buckner Retirement Services Community: The Stayton at Museum Way, by Buckner Location: Fort Worth, TX - Onsite Address: 2501 Museum Way, Fort Worth, TX 76107 Shift: PRN Job Schedule: PRN We are seeking a Concierge to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Concierge , you will play an important role in all phases of resident services that meet or exceed Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others! What you'll do: Coordinate hospitality service activities including general resident communications, guest reception, event planning, and problem solving resident and guest needs or concerns. Establish and maintain organized communications and reference systems at each concierge desk including rolodex, emergency vendor information, resident census, and all other systems necessary for effective community communications. Serve as liaison with new residents upon move-in. Act as liaison between residents and the community by providing direction and assistance in resolving concerns, channeling concerns to the appropriate administrative or personnel, and conducting follow-up as needed to ensure resolution. Assist residents and staff with maintenance work orders by completing requests promptly and following up with the maintenance team as needed. Participate in various resident events and social groups to build and maintain relationships within the community. Coordinate and lead the resident welcoming process to provide social support to new residents. Introduce new residents to community life through personal tours, building orientation, staff introductions, navigating dining and amenities, and explaining concierge services. What you'll bring: High School diploma or GED Minimum one-year related experience Ability to use up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 20 pounds frequently and/or 10 pounds continuously to move objects or assist residents. Ability to walk, stand, sit, and perform physical movements such as turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling, sometimes for prolonged periods.
