MNX, a UPS Company is currently seeking a driver for 2 person teams to pick up and deliver packages from local customer locations in the Newark, DE area. Responsibilities include loading and unloading shipments for delivery, abiding by all safety, security, and operating procedures for pickup and delivery of customer packages and operating motor vehicles including remaining in compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws, and scanning information on airbills and manifests. Requirements include verifiable proof of high school diploma, GED or higher education, 7 years of verifiable employment, 3-year clean driving record, ability to pass credit check, 10 documented background check and criminal history check, TSA testing, minimum age of 21, valid class "D" driver's license (CDL not required), clean and verifiable driving history, ability to maintain MNX’s Driver Safety Standards, ability to lift in excess of 70lbs, ability to pass a UPS test and get badged to enter the OAK airport, and ability to communicate in English. The position is part-time: 8 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday 8:00pm to 11:30pm at $18.50 per hour, with expectation to cover when other drivers are on vacation or sick leave.
