YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Creative Manager, you will direct the overall planning, operation and administration of the creative department. You are responsible for developing and executing department goals and objectives and ensuring visual brand identity and message is consistent, timely, and relevant. 

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Direct creative department to see projects through to completion, including design, revisions and preparing accurate final files for pre-press and production.
• Manage the design and layout of digital marketing elements, including Email marketing, Websites & landing pages, Online/digital ads, Videos, and Other digital design items as assigned
• Manage the design and layout of print marketing elements, including Print advertisements, Brochures & rack cards, Sales kit materials & specialty menus, Outdoor billboard campaigns, Trade shows, and Other print items as assigned
• Design all new/refreshed brand logos
• Create all new/refreshed brand development style guides
• Assist with creation of social media branded graphic elements
• Utilize various media tools to capture photo and video.
• Assist with collation of information for promotional literature.
• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as needed.
• Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s digital documentation and databases.
• Assist Vice President of Marketing and support marketing team with marketing activities.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree

Experience and/or Training

• 5 years relevant professional design experience
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask; Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Team leadership & management experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization
• On site in Beloit, WI. NO REMOTE OR HYBRID APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED
