Position Summary: Milan Laser is looking for a dynamic sales-oriented professional with call center experience to join our Client Services team. Our Customer Service Representatives work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of incoming calls, emails and chat requests from both existing and prospective clients.

Compensation: $17.00/hr + shift differential (extra $1.50/hr for bilingual)
Location: Omaha, Nebraska, In-Person
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Shifts range from 7:00am-10:00pm, Day and Evening Shifts available, must be available 1 weekend day.
Your responsibilities will include: - Responding to communication via inbound/outbound call, text, and email from current clients
- Scheduling treatment appointments and answering billing questions from current clients
- Building relationships with both current clients by providing excellent customer service
- Effectively maintain contact and follow up with current clients
- Communicating regularly with field managers regarding potential and existing client sales & scheduling
- Additional project-based responsibilities
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet all the following requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree a plus
- Proven success in achieving sales metrics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently while displaying a strong sense of teamwork
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Display a passion for the aesthetics industry
- Be able to accurately type at least 60 wpm
- Be able to sit for up to 9 hours a day
