D365 Business Central Division Lead | Jackson James

Jackson James are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central to a reputable client based just outside of Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions within the Dynamics NAV/BC environment. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, and extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics NAV/BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and analyze processes to align with the Dynamics NAV/Business Central capabilities.
• System Configuration: Configure and customize Dynamics NAV/Business Central based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business and functional requirements.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Dynamics NAV/BC, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend improvements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test cases, participate in system testing, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Documentation: Create detailed documentation including system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Training: Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Project Management: Assist in managing system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central.
• Strong understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing within Dynamics NAV/BC.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in system configuration, customizations, and implementations within Dynamics NAV/BC.
• Familiarity with AL, C/AL programming language, and development environments within Dynamics NAV, desired not essential.
• Experience with Power BI, Jet Reports, and other reporting tools is desirable.
