Job Title: Dedicated Reefer Team Truck Driver

Average Pay: $1,450-$1,800 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience: All CDL holders welcome!

Overview:

• Engage in hauling fresh produce using refrigerated trailers.
• Perform 100% hand unloads with pallet jacks.
• Manage 2-3 loads each week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.
• Work routes primarily within Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Washington.
• Bring your furry friend along with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Receive mileage pay plus hourly pay for on-duty hours when not driving.
• Earn weekly performance bonuses.
• Enjoy paid orientation to get you started smoothly.
• Accumulate paid time off starting after 6 months, plus 6 holiday pay days per year.
• Annual bonuses: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

• Must be part of a formed driving team.
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is necessary.
• Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Dallas, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or San Antonio, TX.
