General Purpose Of Job
The primary role of the Digital Asset Manager is to manage department tasks, workflows and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, metadata, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets for multiple purposes while maintaining brand consistency. The DAM Manager will also develop protocol for downloading, renaming, backing up, rating, grouping, archiving, optimizing, maintaining and exporting files. Digital Assets consist of, but are not limited to, image and video files.
