We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our digital presence across platforms. This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making and a strong operational mindset.

You’ll manage and optimize PeakProducts.com, drive our SEO strategy, lead social media content and engagement, build our email marketing program, manage influencer partnerships, and oversee CRM and campaign performance. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Creative teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing brand growth.

This hybrid position requires working in our Richmond Hill, ON offic e Monday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize PeakProducts.com content, UX, and performance.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Create, schedule, and manage social media content and campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Partner with creative teams and agencies to produce original social, web, and email content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Build and manage email marketing strategy, segmentation, design, testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
  • Identify, engage, and manage influencer relationships to support brand awareness and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
  • Deliver monthly reports on website performance, SEO rankings, campaign effectiveness, CRM health, and social engagement KPIs.
  • Oversee CRM strategies to nurture leads, retain customers, and personalize communications.
  • Work closely with Product Development, Sales, and Creative teams to successfully launch new products, promotions, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in consumer goods or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with paid media management (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics (Google Analytics, GA4), email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), CRM systems, and CMS tools (e.g. Shopify, WordPress).
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts, creating successful content strategies, and growing engaged audiences.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing third-party agencies or freelancers.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly creative, with an eye for design, detail, and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of landscape, outdoor living, or home improvement categories.
  • Prior experience supporting national retailers (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.).
