Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 401(k) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Plan, organize, and staff electrical projects. • Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard. • Maintain and generate new business opportunities. • Oversee multiple projects of various sizes. • Review project documents, plans, and specifications. • Visit various job sites to interact with crew, customers, general contractors, and tradesmen, ensuring proper job progress. • Create written cost proposals on projects to meet company and customer standards. Qualifications: • Must have at least 5 years of experience running projects and at least 3 years of project management experience. • Must have an active Journeyman license in Missouri and Arkansas or Oklahoma, or have the ability to obtain it. • Experience in estimating commercial and industrial projects. • Excellent ability to interpret blueprints and plan project costs. • Class E driver's license is required for use of company vehicles. Compensation: $36 - $45 hourly DOE
