Location: In office @ SWD Headquarters - Cranberry Twp., PA 16066, with optional 1 day work at home per week Hours : The position is full time (8 hr / day) | 40 hr/wk Job Description: Sweet Water Decor is a growing online retailer seeking an excellent Email Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for coordinating with other marketing and team members to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches. You play an essential role in strategizing, conducting market research, and analyzing marketing initiatives to bring them to life! You'll have a key role in the marketing of our company by managing all email and SMS campaigns for our retail and wholesale audiences. You’ll plan out email / SMS campaigns, work closely with our social media specialist, collaborate with the wholesale manager, and more! You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. Benefits Include: 401K (and matching) after one year Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Healthcare / Dental / Eye Insurance Employee discount Job responsibilities include: Creating / analyzing / implementing all email and SMS marketing campaigns Using key analysis to create and optimize marketing strategies based on analysis of previous campaigns, new initiatives, and market/competitor analysis Analyzing and reporting on customer data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies Working with the Marketing & Brand Manager to develop and manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (emails/sms) Conducting market research and keeping on trend, knowing who our customer is and how to best serve them and where / how Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.) Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned or as strengths show (SEO, copywriting, photography / videography, etc.) Continuous monitoring of email and SMS compliance—compliances change constantly, so we need to stay up to date with information and make sure we’re aware and compliant. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field 3+ years experience in email marketing/management Facebook ad & TikTok ad experience a plus Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role Strong ability to work independently and with other team members / cross functionally Ability to learn on the fly and continuously improving skills and knowledge Strong ability to learn quickly while having a self-starter mindset Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Email metrics) and market research methods Able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics Solid computer and analysis skills, including use of Google Docs / Sheets / Affiliate Marketing Programs / Marketing programs + applications (Monday, Klaviyo, Attentive, etc.) Well-organized and detail-oriented Exceptional communication and writing skills Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind #J-18808-Ljbffr
