As an Employment Consultant, you’ll work directly with individuals with disabilities to help them find jobs they love and thrive in the workplace. You’ll provide on-the-job coaching, connect with local employers, and be a reliable support for both clients and businesses. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, flexible, and passionate about helping others succeed.
Employment Consultant Duties:
• Help people with disabilities find and keep jobs in the community
• Provide on-the-job training and support to help clients succeed
• Meet with employers to create job opportunities and build strong relationships
• Keep track of your schedule, client progress, and important paperwork
Schedule:
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Flexible hours — set your own schedule
• Availability across all 7 days, including occasional evenings and weekends based on client and employer needs
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Employment Consultant Requirements:
• Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
• A caring attitude and genuine desire to help others succeed
