About the Role
We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and providing great
customer service. This is an entry-level consultant role with full training provided. You’ll learn how to
guide families through simple financial concepts, budgeting basics, and protection planning. No
experience is required — we provide all the education and support needed to succeed.
Training & Licensing Provided
We help team members earn the following licenses:
• Life Insurance License
• Investment Licenses: Series 6, 63, 26, 65
• Mortgage License
What You’ll Do
• Talk with clients to understand goals and provide basic financial guidance
• Help families review and update their financial game plan
• Provide simple education on budgeting and planning for the future
• Maintain strong customer service and follow-up
• Attend trainings and complete required certifications
• Build relationships through phone, Zoom, or in-person meetings
