Clae Goldman Team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with customers through door-to-door and retail channels. Join us and make a positive impact on the environment while helping your community.ResponsibilitiesGenerate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels.Close Sales: Present and sell our community solar and third-party energy solutions to potential customers.Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.QualificationsEducational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and achieve targets.Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.Compensation$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)About Clae Goldman TeamClae Goldman Team specializes in providing community solar and third-party energy solutions door-to-door and retail.
