Our client is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Epic to focus on fiscal responsibility for a remote work project. All candidates must have extensive experience with the fiscal aspects of implementing Epic. The Fiscal Analyst will oversee financial activities for the Health Care Management and Coordination System (HCMACS) Program, a multi-agency initiative to implement an enterprise-wide Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform across a state government system. This role ensures fiscal activities comply with state and federal funding requirements, are accurately tracked, and align with program goals. Key Responsibilities: Budget Development & Monitoring: Assist in developing, tracking, and managing the HCMACS project budget, including federal and state funding sources. Monitor expenditures and encumbrances to ensure alignment with approved budgets and funding guidelines. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization. Grant & Federal Funding Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal funding requirements, including CMS guidelines and cost allocation rules. Track and report grant expenditures and assist with audits. Procurement & Contract Support: Support procurement by preparing cost estimates, reviewing vendor invoices, and ensuring contract compliance. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams. Internal Controls & Documentation: Maintain internal controls and documentation to ensure fiscal accuracy and compliance. The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
