Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our events team as a Junior Event Assistant. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about event planning, coordination, and execution. The Junior Event Assistant will work closely with senior event planners to contribute to the successful planning and implementation of various events. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in the exciting field of event management.
Responsibilities:
Event Logistics: Assist in the coordination and execution of various aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, transportation, and set-up.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive relationships.
Communication: Assist in drafting and distributing event-related communications to internal teams, vendors, and attendees.
Budget Tracking: Support the monitoring and tracking of event budgets, including expense reconciliation and reporting.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to events, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Attendee Engagement: Contribute ideas for enhancing attendee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring a positive and memorable event experience.
Post-Event Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of events, collecting feedback, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
