The position is for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician at Franciscan Physician Network in Indianapolis, Indiana starting Summer 2025. The role focuses on providing compassionate, team-oriented primary care including managing common conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart failure in a fast-paced outpatient setting. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our growing practice in Summer of 2025 at FPN Franklin Township Family Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with colleagues. Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Position start date Summer 2025
• Clinic hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday – Friday
• Flexible full-time schedule
• Call responsibilities of 1:10 for weekday and weekend
• Average outpatient volume: 20 – 25 patients per day
• Fast paced environment with seasoned providers to learn from

• Child and adult wellness visits
• Diabetes and endocrinology
• Hypertension
• Heart failure
• On-Site Equipment
• Point of care testing available
• Well-established practice
• Experienced clinical support staff

Qualifications:

• Doctorate - Required
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required - and
• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
