The Field Service Engineer acts as the first responders by keeping the machines up and running, allowing pharmacists, doctors, and nurses to promote essential patient safety and care. You will be responsible for the installation and preventative maintenance, emergency and on-call service, and operational maintenance.



EDUCATION or EXPERIENCE for the Field Service Engineer :

• Bachelor's degree of Science in Engineering, Electrical, or Electronics is preferred but not required.
• Associate's degree from a Technical or Vocational institution or 1-3 years of specific industry work experience is preferred.
• Background in technical or mechanical engineering such as Automotive, HVAC, Electrical, Machining, Manufacturing, related Military Experience, or relevant 1-3 years of Field Service experience with electro-mechanical products.
• Must have familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints.
• Open to traveling 50-75% or more for technical and training purposes.

Company vehicles are available. Flights over 50 miles and hotel accommodations will be handled by the-house travel agent.


Valid driver's license and excellent driving record are required.
