Job Description Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant
Location: Jackson Heights, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22/hr to $25/hr
About This Opportunity
Our Cardiology office is looking for a Foreign Medical Graduate Medical Assistant to help deliver quality patient care and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great chance to bring your clinical knowledge into a well-supported outpatient specialty setting.
Key Duties:
Document patient vital signs and detailed histories
Prepare rooms and assist providers with cardiac evaluations and minor procedures
Administer vaccines and perform routine lab work
Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out
Maintain clean, organized exam spaces
Clearly communicate care plans and follow-up instructions
Requirements
Foreign Medical Graduate or Medical Assistant diploma required
Outpatient or specialty practice experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
