Our company is growing!! We are seeking amazing Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our award-winning practice group.
** Positions available at our Southlake location**

Our practice group was founded over 40 years ago with the goal of providing our patients with the finest eyecare and eyewear available anywhere. Our Optometrists and Ophthalmologist comprehensively handle all of our patient’s eyecare and surgical needs. Our practice is modern, computer automated, and our staff is top notch. We are a well-established and growing company you can be proud to represent.
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing and excel in working with the public. A Patient Coordinator is directly responsible for providing customers and patients with exceptional service and greets patients in a way that makes them want to not only come back to us but also refer friends and family. This is a great opportunity to join a growing and successful company.
The ideal candidates will possess:
· Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
· Effective interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle any situation with the greatest respect and care for our patients
· Proficient with computers
· Ability to multi-task
· Able to work well with others
Qualifications
· High School Diploma required
· MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills
· Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills
Responsibilities
· Pleasant phone etiquette - answer phones, schedule patients and direct patients and others to the appropriate area or person
· Exceptional customer respect and care
· Perform routine administrative duties in a timely manner such as insurance verification, data entry and collection of co-payments
· Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients
· Insurance verifications
· Calculate insurance benefits for claim submission and patient payment
· Daily Recall
· Check in / out
· Ability to work well with others
· Willing to help at all locations (2 in Fort Worth and 1 in Southlake)
