We are looking for a dedicated, creative food and beverage/general manager to lead our team's at WA Frost, University Club, Commodore and Stouts Island Lodge.
You should have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, as well as extensive leadership experience, hire and train new staff, oversee shift schedules and ensure compliance with health safety standards. Budget management, manage payroll reports, detailed cost control and computer skills. Oversees facilities maintenance.
