Base pay range: $127,000.00/yr - $141,000.00/yr

About RMHC-CNI

We exist so families can get better together. Each night, we keep 181 families close to the care and resources they need through six Ronald McDonald Houses and four Ronald McDonald Family Rooms. Our programs support families' health and well-being and save them over $10 million annually in hotel and food costs. We also operate the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile providing medical care to underserved children. RMHC-CNI is an independent 501(c)(3) organization.

Role Overview

RMHC-CNI seeks a strategic, relationship-driven Director of Development, Corporate Engagement to lead our corporate partnership efforts. Responsibilities include engaging corporate donors, securing sponsorships, campaigns, cause marketing, managing the McDonald’s partnership, and developing strategies to enhance community ties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute strategic corporate engagement plans
  • Identify, cultivate, and steward corporate prospects
  • Secure gifts through sponsorships, campaigns, and cause marketing
  • Manage and develop team members and cross-department collaborations
  • Develop proposals, sponsorship strategies, and ensure revenue growth

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years in fundraising, sales, marketing, or corporate relations
  • Proven success in donor stewardship and sponsorship development
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, passionate about the mission
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CRM experience (Blackbaud preferred)
  • Willingness to travel within Chicagoland and attend occasional events
