They are currently looking for experienced nurse recruiters to join their perm nursing division, which happens to be their fastest-growing division.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in recruiting and will play a vital role in sourcing and placing top nurses for our client's expanding clientele across the US.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain candidate relationships within the healthcare space, focusing on Hospitals and Health Systems throughout the US.

Utilize various recruitment channels such as social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, Vivian, and referrals to attract Registered Nurses.

Collaborate with the core leadership team to develop recruitment strategies and ensure successful candidate delivery to high-profile clients and hospitals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of agency recruiting experience.

Proven track record of being a top performer.

Demonstrated innovation, drive, and a positive attitude towards tackling tasks.

Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively.

Excellent communication, facilitation, mediation, and organizational skills.
