Hockey Director at Camp Pontiac, a premier co-ed overnight camp located in New York State. Pontiac is in the NY Berkshire mountains two hours from both New York City and Boston. The camp accommodates approximately 500 boys and girls, ranging in age from 7 to 16. This is an excellent position for a fun, outgoing hockey coach or player looking for an incredible way to spend your summer from the end of June through mid-August (7 week program) and make camp friends for life! QUALIFICATIONS : Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in hockey. Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate children. RESPONSIBILITIES : Coordinate, facilitate and direct the camp's hockey program. Teach campers the fundamentals of the game and coach them in various tournaments against other camps.
