Our Housekeepers are responsible for the exceptional quality and cleanliness of our rooms and they work hard to maintain our quality standards every day. We have great systems that support our housekeepers and assist everyone in achieving exceptional results. Our systems, hands-on teams, and managers have led our hotels to be ranked in the top 5% nationally for quality and guest satisfaction for over twenty years. Our housekeepers are crucial to our success, and we value their hard work and contributions. We offer some flexibility in schedule, typically rotating weekend and holiday work among employees. We also provide a great work environment and the supplies you need to do your job well and be successful. • Clean hotel rooms and common areas to meet extremely high company standards
• Stock carts with guest room supplies as needed
• Be a team player and help others when needed
• Pay attention to details
• Work quickly and efficiently alone and with others
• Follow Lost and Found procedures
• Do whatever it takes to make the hotel have exceptional guest experiences

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of consistent employment experience
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Eye for detail and love of cleaning
• Desire to positively impact people's day
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently alone and with others
• Desire to meet/exceed exceptionally high standards to win our national awards
• Ability to work with a positive team-player attitude
