Maid - Housekeeper - House Cleaner

  • We are hiring for both Hillsborough and Pinellas offices! Pick which area you want to work from - Hillsborough or Pinellas! Or choose both!
  • Start at $15 per hour for Cleaning Time, travel pay, gas reimbursement PLUS tips and Mega Bonus Program - up to $100 bonus available on each new customer clean!

MaidPro is a professional house cleaning company that offers the best cleaning solutions and customer service to our clients. As trusted in-home professionals, we form strong relationships with our clients and are often considered part of their extended families. MaidPro provides housekeeping services for homes and businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Specifically, Hillsborough, Pinellas and southeastern Pasco counties.

Job Requirements:

Hard-working and reliable - Likes making customers happy
Comfortable driving your own vehicle to and from cleans
Available Monday through Saturday 8:00am-7:00pm
Willing and able to work in homes that have pets
Must pass a Criminal Background Check

Rate of Pay:

Cleaning Labor: $15 per hour - raises based on merit
Non-Cleaning Labor: $13 per hour (almost entirely drive time)
Your hours are approximately 80% Cleaning Labor and 20% Non-Cleaning Labor

Benefits:

Paid Time Off - up to 6 days per year
401K - 3% matching; 2 year eligibility

Review Bonus:

When a new client leaves a 5-Star Review on Google, Yelp, BBB or Home Advisor, or Facebook - you will earn a $20 bonus per client for a total of $100. The bonus is split between the number of people on the job. Example: If 2 people were on 1 job where the customer left reviews on each of the 5 sites, the total bonus is $100 divided by 2 = each person earns $50 for a Review Bonus for doing 1 job. If you did that each day with 1 customer and worked 5 days a week, that's a total in Review Bonuses of $250 per week. On top of your wages, you would also be earning Review Bonuses that could - as in this case - total approximately $1,000 per month. That's the reward for doing excellent work!

Mileage:

You are required to have a working vehicle. You are paid .30 per mile for the use of your car. If gas per gallon exceed $4, you are paid .35 per mile.

Hours:

Hours per week range between 30-40. Overtime is available. You are paid overtime at the rate of time and one half on the Cleaning Labor rate - even if the the labor was Non-Cleaning Labor. Your work week is Monday through Saturday. Sunday work is available and optional with 'Sunday Bonus $25.' You will be given a day off during the week.

Payroll:

Payroll is semi-monthly (15th and 31st). All payroll taxes, etc., are deducted. Bonuses earned are paid on the 15th of each month. Our Review Bonus Program is amazing - be sure you ask about this. Tips are paid each payroll.
