HR Manager
We are partnered with a company that designs and manufactures linear components, actuators and systems for industrial motion, with a special focus on tailored solutions. The Role of HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and best practices.

Background Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
• Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts professionally
• Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations
• Maintain HR systems, records, and reports
• Develop compensation and benefits strategies in partnership with leadership
• Support organizational change initiatives and employee engagement programs
