1. Job Description:

Trashit Dumpster is seeking an experienced driver with his/her own 4x4 diesel truck to work as an independent contractor driver (i.e., owner operator) for the delivery and pick-up of roll-off containers.

The compensation for this position will be based on the number of jobs performed during a given period.

The candidate must operate under his/her own LLC, meet all legal and insurance requirements, and demonstrate a high level of responsibility when performing services. This document outlines the expectations and responsibilities for working with us.

2. Driver Responsibilities:

Each independent driver must comply with the following:

• Delivery and pick-up of containers at the times and locations assigned by our dispatch team.
• Adherence to safety regulations and transportation laws in Florida.
• Proper handling of equipment to avoid property or container/property damage.
• Efficient and professional communication with our dispatch team, customers, and administration.
• Recording each delivery and pick-up and managing his/her own invoicing and payment processing.
• Maintaining his/her vehicle and equipment in good condition to ensure uninterrupted operations.

3. Required Legal and Administrative Documents (which our team can assist with, as needed):

• Existing LLC (Limited Liability Company).
• GL (General Liability Insurance) – Liability insurance to cover third-party damages.
• Work Compensation Exemption or Workers' Compensation Insurance – must be exempt or have insurance, as required.
• Commercial auto insurance – Coverage for his/her truck in case of accidents or damages.
• Clean driving record – no major violations in the past three years.

4. Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in container transport or roll-off operations or similar function/industry.
• Ability to manage his/her own invoicing and tax documents.
• Responsibility and punctuality in service execution.
• Good written and verbal communication to document and report any incidents.
