About the Opportunity

InfoSend, Inc. a national leader in secure data processing, print, mail, and digital communication solutions serving public-sector and highly regulated industries seeks an accomplished IT Director to oversee the companys technology and lead enterprise-wide modernization and innovation initiatives.

The IT Director will oversee all technology operations, software development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure to ensure InfoSends platforms are secure, scalable and positioned for future growth.

This role is a member of InfoSends senior leadership team and partners closely with executive management and other senior leaders to align technology strategy with corporate priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Vision & Strategy

• Define and execute InfoSends long-term technology roadmap, aligning innovation and investment with corporate growth objectives
• Lead modernization initiatives across data processing, print and mail production systems, and digital delivery platforms
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and client integration capabilities
• Serve as the principal technology advisor to executive leadership and provide strategic guidance on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product evolution
• Represent InfoSends technology vision in client discussions, audits, and industry engagements

Software Development & Programming Oversight

• Direct all software and programming functions supporting client implementations, data processing, and system integrations
• Oversee development standards, architecture, and secure coding practices to ensure performance and maintainability
• Partner with the Programming Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver new solutions, enhancements, and custom integrations that meet client needs
• Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement to accelerate deployment cycles and strengthen delivery quality

Infrastructure, Security & Compliance

• Promote InfoSends cybersecurity and data-protection initiatives, fostering a security-first culture across all teams
• Oversee the architecture, maintenance, and scalability of InfoSends enterprise infrastructure across on-premises environments
• Ensure maximum uptime, security, and disaster-recovery readiness for all production systems
• Lead InfoSends cybersecurity and compliance programs, maintaining adherence to SOC 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS standards
• Manage technology audits, risk assessments, and data-protection initiatives to safeguard client information and proprietary assets
• Oversee IT vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic technology partnerships

Leadership & Organizational Development

• Lead a multi-disciplinary technology organization of 20+ professionals
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing technology organization spanning infrastructure, programming, cybersecurity, and DevOps disciplines
• Foster collaboration between technical and client-facing departments to ensure unified execution and communication
• Define performance metrics, service levels, and accountability frameworks that promote excellence and transparency
• Partner with HR and the executive team to plan staffing, succession, and professional development for technology personnel

Collaboration & Representation

• Collaborate closely with the President and other executives to align technology strategy with business, financial, and operational priorities
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and risk-management activities
• Engage with clients and partners to present InfoSends technology capabilities, support audits, and contribute to RFP and compliance documentation
• Represent InfoSend at conferences, industry panels, and client meetings as a thought leader in secure communications technology

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters or MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing infrastructure and software development
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale environments in highly regulated or data-centric industries
• Expertise in Microsoft and Linux infrastructure and server virtualization
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, cybersecurity, and data-protection frameworks
• Strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in industries governed by strict data-privacy and audit requirements (e.g., healthcare, utilities, insurance, or government)
• Demonstrated success in technology modernization or digital-transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with print and mail production environments, data workflows, and large-scale client onboarding
• Track record of aligning technology investments with measurable business outcomes

Compensation range: $175,000-210,000/year
