Pay Rate: $24 - $28/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

• 12-hr Day Shift : 7:00 AM 7:30 PM
• 8-hr Evening Shift : 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support daily clinical operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient well-being. This role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay in a supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Document patient care, observations, and treatments accurately in the medical record.
• Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire .
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
