What You'll Do As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to client inquiries via live chat.
- Providing accurate information about our services and offerings.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat support role.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus but not required.
