Responsibilities

  1. Participate in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT, business processes, security, and data integrity.
  2. Review and map Workday business processes.
  3. Execute day-to-day activities of Workday advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
  4. Advise clients on system services within the Workday application.
  5. Identify and communicate findings to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

  1. At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead with Workday Compensation/Advanced Compensation, including implementation and upgrade experience.
  2. Minimum of five full lifecycle implementations as a Functional Lead or Architect, with Workday certification in Compensation/Advanced Compensation (certification must be obtained within three months if not already held).
  3. Experience leading functional design, configuration, and process alignment.
  4. Understanding of ERP system concepts and module functionality.
  5. Knowledge of Workday Compensation processes and best practices.
  6. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  7. Ability to travel up to 70%.
  8. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Information

Salary ranges vary by location and are based on experience, skills, and market factors. The total rewards package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and well-being benefits. For salary details by city outside CA, visit this link . The California salary range is $129,300 - $223,900.
