Location: Cincinnati, Ohio ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Environmental, Health & Safety Management Systems and Compliance to join our Sustainable Operations technical team. In this role, you will manage and contribute technically to environmental compliance, management systems, auditing, and compliance assurance projects for clients locally, nationally, and internationally. You will collaborate with ERM's national management systems and compliance teams to share opportunities and best practices. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction to expand ERM's management systems and compliance services, develop new business, and strengthen client relationships. Manage strategic management systems and compliance programs, working closely with clients to understand processes and develop compliance strategies. Serve as a senior technical resource on management systems, compliance, and auditing programs. Leverage existing client relationships to expand ERM’s market share through technical excellence and business development. Mentor junior staff and support the growth of ERM’s global services. Requirements: BSc/MS in engineering, environmental science, or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience supervising staff and managing projects (scope, schedule, budget). Experience in environmental compliance, management systems, and auditing. Proven business development skills and technical expertise recognized in the marketplace. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Positive, collaborative attitude aligned with ERM’s values.
