Compensation: $21–$24 per hour, DOE

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our NE Portland office. This is a full-time, onsite contract role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office logistics and administrative support.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for office operations, maintenance, and vendor relations.
Coordinate and schedule building projects and office events including catering for lunches, happy hours, and leadership meetings.
Manage purchasing and procurement processes, including PO creation and purchasing support.
Oversee shipping and receiving, mail handling, and general office upkeep.
Provide administrative support for contracts and agreements.
Maintain a structured and organized workspace, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deliverables throughout the week.
Experience with SAP or similar purchasing systems preferred.
Open to candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
