The UNM Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is eager to put together the right package for an individual with a passion for geriatric psychiatry and teaching, coupled with an interest in joining a team of talented, caring and committed faculty members. Applications are being accepted for an academic faculty psychiatrist, suitable for a part-time appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or full Professor, for a position in our Geriatric Psychiatry Division. As an attending psychiatrist in our 15-bed geriatric psychiatry unit and outpatient clinics, the person selected will have a voice in developing the unit's direction as well as opportunities for multicultural clinical care and scholarly and collaborative research activities across the Health Sciences campus.
