Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, technical expertise with photography equipment, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires capturing high-quality images that align with our brand vision and effectively communicate our message to clients, customers, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography Sessions: Plan, set up, and execute various photography shoots, including portrait, product, event, or lifestyle photography, based on project needs.
  • Image Editing: Edit, retouch, and enhance images using photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other tools to ensure a professional and consistent final product.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop unique, visually compelling concepts and styles for each project.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain and manage photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and other studio accessories. Ensure equipment is in top working condition and prepared for all sessions.
  • Location Scouting: Identify and secure suitable locations for photography sessions when required.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance during photoshoots to achieve desired results.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all photos meet the quality standards and requirements set by the team or client.
  • Archiving & Organization: Organize and archive photos systematically for easy access and retrieval.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with current photography trends, techniques, and new technologies in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in photography or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using professional cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in different photography styles.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and produce visually appealing images.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for client communication.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, composition, lighting, and color.
