The Folsom LifeClinic, powered by KIME Performance Physical Therapy, is expanding its Performance Physical Therapy services at Life Time Athletic Club. This integrated care model combines expertise from Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, and Chiropractors to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Our 30,000-square-foot facility features:
- Functional fitness training area
- Free weights and machine weights area
- Expansive cardio area, including Curve treadmills and other tools to reduce joint loading
This dynamic environment allows clients-Life Time members and non-members alike-to seamlessly transition between manual treatments and functional movement.
Position Overview: Physical Therapist Level III We are seeking a Physical Therapist Level III to join our elite team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of physical therapy experience and 5 years of sports performance experience, delivering evidence-based care in a collaborative, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities - Provide expert-level, evidence-based physical therapy to clients of all ages and skill levels.
- Design and implement advanced treatment plans to aid recovery, optimize performance, and prevent injuries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals, including trainers, chiropractors, and massage therapists, to deliver comprehensive care.
- Engage in professional development to maintain KIMEU High-Performance Specialist certification.
Ideal Candidate Profile - Holds a PT, MPT, or DPT degree.
- 5+ years of physical therapy experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sports performance, working with athletes or active individuals.
- Demonstrates expertise in developing performance-based treatment strategies.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Certifications: - NSCA, CSCS, ACSM, PES, or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits - Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience and expertise).
