Title: Project Manager, Transcription Services

Job Purpose:

At Wordibly, the Project Manager plays a pivotal role in leading transcription projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring top-tier quality and efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with Associate Project Managers, contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment. We value adaptability, so every team member is expected to tackle any reasonable task that aligns with our company's mission to deliver excellence.

Physical Demands:

This role involves regular use of office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, along with occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds. You'll spend time both sitting and standing as you manage files, reports, and logs.

Work Conditions:

While primarily a remote position, occasional in-office meetings may be required. You'll frequently engage with team members and clients throughout the day, both verbally and in writing. The role may require some evening or weekend work to meet project demands.

Position Type/Expected Hours:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. For those in the Evening Shift, hours are 11 AM to 8 PM EST. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work is necessary.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including format specifications, timing, and feasibility.
• Maintain daily client communication, providing updates via phone and email, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all run smoothly and meet deadlines.
• Monitor project costs and feasibility, adjusting, as necessary.
• Manage a team of off-site transcribers and on-site proofreaders, ensuring high-quality output.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all assigned projects.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
